As a data collector or coffee producer you will first want to create the farm/producer profile you want to report on. Follow these steps to accomplish this task:
1) For creating a farm tap on the "+" button on the main screen.
2) Under "Book" choose "Farm"
3) "Display name" & "Farm name" are mandatory fields. If the Farm has no company name it is recommended to type in the farmers/producers real name.
4) In order to have the correct regional relations to plots and other information, it is important to choose the right "Country/Region" for your farm.
5) If a "Country specific ID" is available, please type it into the respective field. The expected ID's are mostly specific producer ID's, provided by governments or local authorities.
6) "Blue number ID" & "Other ID" are fields for additional ID's, which can be provided here in case you have any additional ID.An additional ID might also come from a producer cooperative
7) The GPS position helps to get the farm household position more precisely in case you have no address to provide. Please note: For capturing the Household GPS position you need to have internet access and location services activated.
8) Tap the "Create" button to finalize the creation of your Farm/Producer Profile
Please note: Do not forget to synchronize your data to the GCP Progress server.
