- Tap on "Change user" and try to log in again with your credentials.
- If step 1 does not solve it, delete your Chrome browser cache:
- On Desktop Computer: Open Google® Chrome Browser, open the "Customize & Control" menu, click on "More Tools" and choose "Clear browsing data". In the following dialogue make sure to choose "Cached images and files", "autofill form data" and "Cookies and other site data".
- On Android phone: Open the Google Chrome browser, tap on "menu", choose history and choose "delete browsing data". In the following dialogue make sure to choose "Cached images and files", "autofill form data" and "Cookies and other site data".
